Job Overview:

As a Powder Coat Painter, you'll play a crucial role in applying high-quality powder coatings to a variety of castings and stampings. You'll work in an environmentally controlled paint room, ensuring that each piece meets our company's and customer's strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload parts onto the conveyor line Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets Spray off debris from parts as they move through the line Inspect parts carefully for defects Load finished parts onto pallets for shipping Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company regulations

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for 8 hours a day Capable of lifting 50+ pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with powder coating processes a plus Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Physical & Work Environment:
