Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Prepper/Assembler to join our production team of industrial spray painters. In this role, you'll prep, prime, and spray paint large-scale equipment using industrial techniques. When not painting, you'll assist with mechanical assembly - keeping your day varied and interesting. This is a full-time, first-shift position with seasonal overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep, prime, and spray paint large metal equipment using industrial spray systems Ensure high-quality finish and proper coating thickness Assist with mechanical and hydraulic assembly of equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety guidelines and production deadlines Work cooperatively with team members

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience with industrial spray painting is required Mechanical assembly experience a plus (hydraulics or electrical a bonus) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Good communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday Day shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm or 6:00am to 4:30pm (based on workload) Overtime as needed
