Industrial Painters - $23/hour $2/hour differential for night shift positions All listed pay rates are starting base rates and may be higher depending on the candidates experience and qualifications.

Schedules:

Day shift: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Night shift: 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Most positions work four 12-hour shifts per week with plenty of OT on weekends.

Minimum qualifications:

Welders must have MIG and Flux Core welding experience and successfully complete a 6G Monster Coupon weld test. Fitters must have fitting experience and be able to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints. Industrial Painters should have at least five years of industrial painting experience, including experience with airless spray guns and epoxy primer, along with at least two years of scissor-lift experience. Candidates must be able to work the required schedule and wear steel-toe footwear. We have multiple openings across these positions, with the greatest need currently being experienced welders, fitters, and industrial painters. The positions are located at our TransTech Fabrication facility in McGregor, Texas.
