Full-Time We're looking for a hardworking, dependable Painter to help restore and maintain our fleet of construction equipment. The majority of your day will be spent sanding, prepping, painting, detailing, and applying decals to aerial lifts, forklifts, and other heavy equipment. The position involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work. We have a climate-controlled shop as well as covered work areas, but some work is performed outside depending on the project. No equipment painting experience? No problem. If you've painted houses, trailers, fences, metal buildings, or have automotive paint or body shop experience, we'll train you on our process. Responsibilities Sand and prepare equipment for paint Paint and touch up construction equipment Apply decals and safety stickers Pressure wash and clean equipment Perform light cosmetic repairs Keep equipment looking clean, professional, and customer-ready Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Painting experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments Strong attention to detail Dependable with a solid work ethic Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Reliable transportation What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Stable, growing company Opportunities for advancement If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and like seeing the results of your work at the end of each day, we'd love to meet you.
