Shift Hours:

1st shift from 4:50 AM to 5:00 PM.

Position Summary:

As a Industrial Painter

• Facility Maintenance, this role requires expertise in industrial painting, carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and masonry to handle minor repairs and enhancements.

Seasonal responsibilities include snow removal during winter months, ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all. What Will Make You Successful? The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills:

Independent Worker:

Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication abilities.

Basic Computer Skills:

Proficient in using basic software for documentation.

Basic Wiring Skills:

Ability to perform basic wiring tasks safely and effectively.

Time Management:

Effectively complete daily work orders in a timely manner.

Customer Service Orientation:

Driven to provide excellent service.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Capable of addressing electrical and mechanical issues.

Maintenance Expertise:

Experience in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.

Industrial Painting Proficiency:

Skills in preparing surfaces, selecting paints, and applying coatings.

Equipment Operation:

Ability to operate power industrial equipment (Forklift, Boom Lift, Scissor Lift).

Additional Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain building doors, perform snow removal, and take on other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation instructions, and manuals. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds. As Part of the Nestlé
