Role Highlights:

What You'll Do:

Apply powder coat, wet paint, primers, and finishes to fabricated metal and structural surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and rollers. Learn and operate automated paint systems, including Gema CM40 and 41 controls, spray equipment, compressors, and paint booth/oven operations. Inspect metal products prior to painting to catch errors, repair defects, and prepare surfaces according to safety standards. Mix, tint, and match wet and powder coat colors with thinning additives to achieve correct shades and consistencies. Maintain a clean, organized work area, keep equipment in good working order, and follow hazardous material handling guidelines. Complete required production and quality documentation accurately while adhering to company safety standards.

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a manufacturing paint department preferred (2 years wet spray/powder paint ideal, but willing to train right candidate); moving line experience is a plus High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong basic math and computer skills, with the ability to read work orders, technical instructions, and paint specifications ...
