We are dedicated to producing high-quality equipment with precision and reliability. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our production team and support our continued growth. Position Summary The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal components and equipment according to company quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, proper use of industrial coatings, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with an ERP system is preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, grinding, cleaning, and masking. Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, ensuring proper thickness and consistent finish. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and color specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and durability standards. Maintain painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas for cleanliness and safety. Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, PPE, ventilation, and equipment operation. Track work performed within company ERP system (experience preferred). Assist with general shop duties as needed to support production. Qualifications Previous industrial painting experience required (manufacturing environment preferred). Knowledge of industrial coatings, primers, and finishes. Ability to accurately mix paints and maintain spray equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in booth environments. ERP experience preferred, but not required. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
