What You'll Do Paint large fabricated steel components used in major industrial projects Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming Mix paints and coatings to specification Operate professional spray equipment and paint booths Inspect finished work to ensure a high-quality finish Work alongside welders, machinists, and production teams to complete projects on time What We're Looking For Industrial painting experience in manufacturing, fabrication, steel, or metal environments Experience with spray guns, paint prep, masking, and coating application Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime when available Why This Opportunity Stands Out Consistent Overtime Available
