Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent / Foreman for a major industrial expansion project in McDonough, GA. The project is for a growing circular-economy and advanced recycling company focused on converting waste materials into reusable resources through large-scale processing facilities. This is a year long contract role in McDonough, GA and eligble for Per Diem. This is a hands-on field role supporting electrical construction, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, startup, and project closeout . Responsibilities Oversee electrical installation and construction activities. Verify installations against drawings, specifications, and project standards. Identify and resolve deficiencies and support punch list closure. Support electrical QA/QC and turnover documentation. Lead and/or support electrical testing, including Megger, continuity, grounding, torque verification, loop checks, point-to-point, motor rotation, and functional testing. Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and system turnover. Coordinate with contractors, commissioning teams, QA/QC, and project management. Requirements 5+ years of electrical foreman, superintendent, or similar industrial experience. Industrial construction and commissioning experience. Experience with 480V and below , instrumentation, control panels, panel/cable schedules, wiring, and terminations. Ability to read one-lines, schematics, loop drawings, control panel drawings, and construction drawings. Working knowledge of NEC requirements. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and field coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Preferred:
Experience with NFPA, UL, hazardous-area installations, chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other heavy industrial facilities.
