This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with industrial controls and PLCs.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and modify PLC and PC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Eurotherm preferred). Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and automation systems, including AC/DC drives, motor controls, relays, circuit breakers, and power distribution equipment. Support and maintain manufacturing equipment such as flexographic presses, slitter rewinders, extrusion equipment, dryers, and related production machinery. Read and interpret electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and calibration equipment. Perform electrical installations, equipment upgrades, conduit installation, wiring, and system modifications. Assist with equipment startups, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and maximize uptime. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and automation systems in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial control systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and perform advanced electrical troubleshooting. strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to support broader maintenance activities as needed. Apply today!
