Job Title:

BMS & Controls Technicians

• Bethlehem ,PA We are seeking local BMS and Controls Technicians for an upcoming project in Bethlehem , PA.

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent hours with competitive pay on a key building automation project. Additional travel work may be available after the completion of the local project.

Job Details:

• Hours:

  40 to 55 hours per week

• Compensation:

• Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Perform low-voltage wiring and controls integration with HVAC/mechanical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
• Troubleshoot, test, and verify proper system functionality
• Coordinate with project leads, foremen, and related trades on site

• Qualifications:

• Experience in BMS, building automation, or controls work
• Familiarity with major systems such as Trane, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Honeywell is a plus
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and electrical components
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and tools required
