Essential Job Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Prepare, assemble & disassemble, test, and inspect valves in accordance with established procedures Conduct field service at client locations, with supervision, or in accordance with established instruction Maintain, clean, and track all items and processes within the quarantine area and testing lab Collaborate with staff engineers to assist in developing NVI procedures Collaborate with internal colleagues on quality and/or engineering specifications related to customer inquiries to ensure conformance with customer requirements Respond to requests from internal customers for information related to issues research and resolution Prepare, edit, and complete required reporting to comply with established formatting protocols and procedures Assist technical team, as needed, with assigned projects, including writing procedures Remain knowledgeable and current on company and industry changes and technical developments Education and Experience Requirements HS diploma and 2-3 years of experience working with valve assembly and/or repair in valve or oil & gas industry, or Associates degree in a technical discipline and 1-2 years of experience working with valve assembly and/or repair in valve or oil & gas industry, or Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or engineering discipline without working experience Demonstrated experience with hand and air tools Other Skills/Abilities Minimum elementary proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word Minimum 25 wpm keyboard skills Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines

initiative, organized, dependable, detail and process orientation Courteous customer facing, service oriented skills Clear and concise oral and written communication skills English fluency to speak, read, write and understand procedures and safety protocols Possesses the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team Schedule and travel flexibility, including overnight, to meet with customers and to conduct field services Flexibility to perform work outside of normal office hours Travel 10% of time within 100 miles of office by car Travel 15% of time within continental USA by air or car International travel by air on occasion Must have personal transportation and a valid driver's license Language fluency beneficial: Spanish and/or Mandarin Chinese Environment and Physical Requirements Physical environment requires ability to perform tasks both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions Physical capability to operate and handle heavy machinery and tools Requires standing, reaching, stooping, bending, walking Frequently required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to conduct day-to-day operations Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers Handling tools, equipment, and documents requires repetitive motion Keyboarding skills require manual dexterity
