Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolatier with professional experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in working with fine chocolate, creating high-quality confections, and maintaining excellent production standards. This role is hands-on and requires precision, creativity, and consistency. Responsibilities Produce a variety of chocolate items including pralines, truffles, bars, molded chocolates, and decorative pieces Temper chocolate using both machine and hand-tempering methods Prepare fillings such as ganache, caramel, praline, and fruit-based centers Decorate, mold, enrobe, and finish products to company quality standards Assist with new product development and seasonal items Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace in compliance with health regulations Monitor inventory of chocolate, ingredients, and supplies Follow production schedules and meet deadlines Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience as a chocolatier or in fine pastry/chocolate production Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full-time, year-round position Opportunity to grow with an established dessert company Creative and collaborative work environment
