PC Assembler Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PC Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and setting up computers, as well as processing data and reporting on hardware and software issues. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with blueprints, and the capability to work with various computer components and systems. Responsibilities Perform assembly and testing of single-board computers, embedded PCs, panel PCs, industrial chassis, and workstations. Assemble and test industrial PCs and control systems used in industrial automation applications. Work with quality assurance personnel to ensure proper and efficient integration of industrial PC components. Collaborate with production support technicians to resolve issues related to the proper operation of equipment under test. Examine parts and accessories for conformance with specifications and alert quality assurance personnel when necessary. Maintain tools and equipment and keep the assigned work area organized. Adhere to the quality management system. Identify various computer parts and understand their applications. Carefully assemble all components according to working guidelines. Install various types of software based on customer requirements. Perform tests to ensure all components and software are fully functional. Essential Skills Experience in production and general labor. Proficiency in assembly and assembly line work. Skills in compounding and packaging. General production knowledge. Ability to work with hand tools. Experience in cleanroom operations. Skills in packing, inspection, and quality checks. Computer assembly capabilities. Ability to perform heavy lifting. Experience in electrical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines. Strong troubleshooting skills. Capacity to work collaboratively with a team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
