Position Overview ​ General assembly is the team responsible for building out the campers. This includes but is not limited to 12v electrical, bonding, hvac, plumbing, sub assemblies and final assembly. Attention to detail and a quick learning mindset is a must. Willing to adapt to a quick pace environment and hit all delivery goals. Responsibilities Bond parts of the camper together Install HVAC systems Clear communication to management and teammates to keep production on track Build electrical systems Build sub assemblies Maintain a well organized and professional workstation Manage use of consumable supplies and inventory Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency certificate General proficiency using hand tools General knowledge and understanding of job specific tools and materials 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to execute work instructions and meet production schedule expectations Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment Ability to document workflow and communicate effectively Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalency certificate General proficiency using hand tools General knowledge and understanding of job specific tools and materials 1+ years of experience working in a bodywork role in the automotive, marine or aerospace industries Ability to execute work instructions and meet production schedule expectations Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment Ability to document workflow and communicate effectively Ability to work effectively in a team environment Overlanding/Camping is a bonus Additional Requirements Ability to lift 50lb unassisted Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces Willing to work extended hours as needed Compensations, Schedule, and Benefits Pay range: $20-$25 depending on experience. Base pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, unlimited overtime, optional 4-10 schedule
