Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our production team as an Electrical Tech I (Electrical Assembler & Panel Builder) . Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for electrical and mechanical assembly work that supports the production of Pro Smoker industrial smokehouses. What You'll Do
  • Prepare work by gathering required parts, tools, materials, and subassemblies
  • Align, fasten, and install piping, fixtures, and electrical components into assemblies and subassemblies
  • Run and install wiring between electrical components
  • Lay out, construct, and install electrical panels on machines
  • Assemble and install plumbing valves and fittings
  • Position parts and assemblies using templates, jigs, or blueprints
  • Work with PLCs, VFDs, and other electrical components
  • Complete necessary testing and record results on required forms
  • Follow company quality and safety programs
  • Other duties as assigned by manager What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment required
  • Experience with light electrical assembly, panel building, PLCs, VFDs, and plumbing required
  • Strong basic math skills required
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Good hand and finger dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
