Job Description

Overview The Wiring Associate is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting aftermarket LED headlight assemblies and electrical sensor components for Honda ATV and Side-by-Side (SXS) applications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow wiring diagrams and work instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality products that meet company standards. Responsibilities Assemble and wire LED headlight assemblies according to company work instructions and wiring schematics. Install connectors, terminals, heat shrink, protective loom, and wiring harness components. Wire electrical sensors and related harnesses used in aftermarket ATV and SXS products. Perform soldering, crimping, and connector installation as required. Test completed assemblies for proper electrical operation and functionality. Inspect all assemblies for quality, workmanship, and accuracy before packaging. Maintain organized workstations and properly label completed products. Report defective materials, wiring issues, or production concerns immediately. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Assist with inventory counts of wiring components and electrical hardware. Support production goals by maintaining efficiency while ensuring quality. Cross-train in other assembly areas as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of electrical wiring and hand tools. Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and production documents. Strong attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Frequent use of hands and fingers for small component assembly. Good vision, including close detail work and color identification. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
