Job Description Job Description Position Summary:
Seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing electronic and electromechanical components. This role is ideal for someone with strong hand soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, mount, and connect electronic and electromechanical components using hand soldering techniques. Build and test products according to work instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process. Troubleshoot, repair, or rework assemblies as needed. Report production or assembly issues to the appropriate team lead or supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous hand soldering experience is required. Ability to pass an internal soldering certification. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for assembling small components. Prior manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and work procedures.
