As a Special Projects Technician, you will be an integral part of the Special Projects Department supporting manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM What's the Job? Assemble miniature connectors and interconnection systems according to detailed specifications and blueprints. Perform quality inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in a controlled environment to maintain a safe workspace. Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance and process improvement. What's Needed? Previous experience in miniature assembly using microscopes or similar precision tools. HS/GED Completion Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
