Job Description

Soldering Technician Warner, NH 03278 Full-time Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and wiring electronic components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform soldering of surface mount and through-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed blueprints and schematics Perform soldering and assembly tasks according to established work instructions and quality standards. Read an interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate component placement and soldering. Utilize various soldering techniques (e.g., through-hole, surface mount) and equipment to assemble electrical components. Inspect soldered connections for quality and make any necessary rework or repairs. Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and targets. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Production Manager. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in electronics assembly, PCB soldering, and electrical wiring within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), mechanical assembly, and electrical schematic reading Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices Familiarity with electrical blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and following blueprint specifications Join our team as a Soldering Technician if you're passionate about electronics manufacturing, eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment, and committed to producing top-quality products.
