09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Job description: An Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and products such as circuit boards, wiring systems, and electrical devices. This role ensures products meet quality standards and function properly. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Solder and connect wires, cables, and circuit boards Inspect and test finished products for defects or malfunctions Troubleshoot and repair faulty components or assemblies Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) Basic knowledge of electronics and circuitry Ability to read schematics and technical documents Experience with soldering and assembly tools Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer skills for documentation and testing Preferred Qualifications Certificate or associate degree in electronics or a related field Prior experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly Certifiied with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-J-610) Experience using testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes) Working Conditions Typically works in a manufacturing or production facility May require sitting or standing for long periods May involve handling small components and repetitive tasks Use of protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses) may be required SMT Machines Experience (A MUST) Experience with using small scale SMT machines Ideally machines from Needs at least 4 years experience with mid range machines for prototype and LRIP quantities Company Description Industrial telecommunications focused on public safety telecommunications and industrial communications.
