ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team in the Mason, OH area. This role involves assembling electronic components and products using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems according to blueprints, schematics, or work instructions Use hand tools, soldering irons, and testing devices to assemble and inspect parts Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled items Read and follow detailed work instructions and assembly diagrams Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet production deadlines Report defective materials or equipment malfunctions to supervisors Follow all safety and quality procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly is a plus Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay:

$17.50 per hour
