This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge electronics and mechanical assemblies, ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards. You'll be instrumental in building electrical panels, interpreting schematics, and utilizing various hand and power tools to bring complex designs to life. If you're passionate about electronics assembly, troubleshooting, and precision work, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components following detailed blueprint specifications and schematics Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings accurately Build electrical panels and wire electro-mechanical components using appropriate wiring techniques Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components and perform precision soldering tasks in accordance with IPC 610 standards Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to assemble parts efficiently and safely Conduct troubleshooting on assemblies using multimeters such as ohmmeters, identifying issues with circuits or components Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure reliable product output Skills Strong knowledge of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and electronics manufacturing processes Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems troubleshooting and setup Proficiency in electrical wiring, schematic reading, and interpretation of blueprints for complex assemblies Skilled in surface mount technology (SMT) assembly, soldering, and electrical testing methods Familiarity with electrical panel building, wiring practices, and electro-mechanical component integration Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters effectively Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and quality control procedures Mechanical assembly experience including machining or component fitting as needed for product construction Engineering troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues quickly within electrical or mechanical systems This role offers a vibrant environment where your technical skills will directly contribute to innovative product development.
