Soldering electronic parts; Attaching wires; Fastening small parts; Cutting templates and substrates; Fastening Connectors; Soldering Glass Connector Pins; Striping/Attaching Wires; Epoxy die attachment; Gold bonding with bonding machine; Working with small tools such as miniature soldering irons, tweezers, exacto knife, Screwdriver, and similar. (www.umcc111.com). Academic Education and Requirements At a Minimum, A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Permanent Residency

Needed Work Experience Minimum 2-year Electronic assembly work is prefered Individuals with background in, Art

works, Jewelry work, building miniature hand crafts or Similar Skills may well fit for an entry level position Must Have Requirements
Good eye-hand coordination,
Attention to details and good craftsmanship,
Capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English,
Will to learn, advance, and become a team player,
Reading/Understanding electronic schematics and assembly prints,
Some knowledge of basic electronics is a plus,
Self-initiative with problem solving attitude,
Capable of working independently and responsibly,
