Certification Electro-mechanical components Soldering English High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Electrical crimping Hand tools Full Job Description Summary The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing electromechanical equipment and components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions to ensure high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components and subassemblies by reading work orders, production drawings, and instructions Build and test a variety of precision assemblies using hand tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently Perform work under a microscope when required Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including completing housekeeping duties after tasks Provide input on manufacturability to help improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase reliability Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
J-STD-001
Certification preferred Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with small hand tools and soldering equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and technical instructions in English Good visual acuity, including the ability to distinguish colors and work with fine detail Ability to determine proper methods and sequence of assembly tasks Experience working with microscopes for detailed assembly work Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work extended hours as needed Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

From $22.00 per hour
