Front Range Staffing is seeking Mechanical Assemblers with 1+ years of manufacturing assembly experience for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with established manufacturing companies in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Dayshift An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience: 1+ years of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, machining, mechanic, or related hands-on experience. Experience assembling industrial machinery, pumps, motors, or other complex mechanical equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot problems and understand how mechanical components fit and function. Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and common shop equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documentation. Assemble and inspect mechanical components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met while identifying defective materials or workmanship. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines while contributing as part of a team. Demonstrated history of stable employment, dependability, accountability, and excellent attendance. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
