Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly instructions. Proficiency with standard shop tools and mechanical assembly equipment. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a standing position for full shifts. Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.
