About the Role As a Mechanical Assembler, you will serve as a vital contributor to our production workflow, transforming raw components into high-quality finished goods. By leveraging your technical aptitude and precision, you will ensure that every unit meets rigorous performance benchmarks while driving operational excellence on the shop floor. Responsibilities Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise product assembly. Drive product reliability by performing systematic quality inspections throughout the build process. Operate a variety of pneumatic, power, and hand tools to achieve high-accuracy results. Optimize production throughput by identifying and implementing improvements to existing assembly workflows. Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace to foster a culture of safety and operational efficiency. Proactively communicate technical discrepancies or material defects to leadership to minimize downtime. Engage in ongoing professional development to master advanced assembly methodologies and new equipment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly instructions. Proficiency with standard shop tools and mechanical assembly equipment. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a standing position for full shifts. Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or precision assembly role. Formal technical training or vocational certification in a mechanical field. Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced production setting.
