Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Assembler, where your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will drive the production of high-quality products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment, utilizing your expertise with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools to ensure efficient operations. You'll be instrumental in assembling components, operating machinery safely, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing machinery and equipment with precision and safety awareness Assemble products and components following detailed specifications and diagrams Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment Assist with forklift operations for material handling and inventory management Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, preferably on an assembly line Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or work instructions accurately Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management practices Excellent attention to detail combined with good manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills will directly impact production success.
