We are hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators to work on high-quality oilfield tools and equipment. No prior oilfield experience is required—if you have strong mechanical aptitude, a good work ethic, and love working with your hands, we will train you! Shift Options & Pay 1st

Standard day shift ($22.00/hr) 2nd

Shift:

Evening shift ($22.00/hr + Shift Differential) 3rd

Shift:

Night shift ($22.00/hr + Shift Differential) What You'll Do Operate machinery to produce, prep, and assemble oilfield tools and parts. Perform basic equipment maintenance, setups, and light troubleshooting. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Inspect finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and team standards. What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude (experience with power tools, auto repair, maintenance, or DIY hands-on projects is a big plus!). Ability to follow verbal and written instructions carefully. Reliable attendance and a strong team-first attitude. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
