In this role, you will be responsible for operating various industrial equipment, assembling components, and ensuring the production of high-quality products. Your expertise in machine operation, materials handling, and quality inspection will contribute to our commitment to excellence and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment with precision and safety. Assemble components accurately using hand tools and assembly techniques, adhering to detailed specifications and quality standards. Perform dimensional measurements and quality inspections utilizing precision measurement instruments to ensure products meet exact tolerances. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist engineering teams with troubleshooting industrial equipment and robotic systems to minimize downtime. Handle materials efficiently using forklifts and other warehouse equipment while following safety protocols for materials handling and storage. Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to maintain optimal performance and safety compliance. Document production data, quality control results, and machine operation logs accurately for reporting purposes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating industrial equipment. Ability to perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other measurement tools for quality control purposes. Knowledge of safety protocols related to machine operation, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and warehouse safety standards. Familiarity with hand tools, measurement instruments, and basic math skills necessary for machining and assembly tasks. Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
