JOB SUMMARY
Run an injection molding machine, assemble customer products, sonic weld, perform secondary operations to customer products, perform in-process inspections, and package customer orders. Responsibilities and Duties
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Run a plastic injection molding machine to create customer parts. Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, assembly, stamping, sanding, etc. Track production progress via employee recording software. Ensure completed work moves to the next department correctly. Ensure completed work has the required paperwork attached correctly. Perform in-process inspections. (Visual, utilize pins and gages, etc.) Package parts as required.

Ensure you are working your schedule as agreed upon. (daily)
Quality:
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality of product. (daily)
Output:
Complete daily quota for specific part orders. (daily) Qualifications and Skills
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent The ability to lift up to 25lbs Available to work from 1st shift: 6am - 4:30pm (M-Th), 2nd shift: 4:00pm-2:30am (M-Th) Available to work overtime if needed (at managements discretion). Must be able to work independently or in a group. Monitor own progress Have great attention to detail Be organized and efficient
MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
Close mental and visual application needed to perform work dealing with product quality, creation of customer product, and keeping a record of product quantity.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger (i.e. pinch, pick, etc.), grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and up to 5 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT USED
Injection molding machine, hot stamper, pad printer, sonic welder, hand knifes, quality control instruments, counting scales, pallet jacks, etc.
