Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and technical specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with tools and measuring instruments, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints, while maintaining a focus on accuracy and productivity. Duties Assemble mechanical parts and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents. Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to complete assemblies accurately. Measure components with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met. Interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide assembly processes and verify component placement. Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety during all assembly activities. Perform manual handling of parts and assemblies, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Conduct quality checks using shop math and precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Support machining processes when necessary, including basic operations or adjustments. Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, assembly instructions, and warehouse documentation. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Strong mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and manufacturing techniques. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Familiarity with shop math essential for precise measurements and calculations. Knowledge of soldering techniques is a plus for assembling electronic or pneumatic components. Experience working in manufacturing environments or warehouses is advantageous. Understanding of safety procedures including PPE use during mechanical assembly tasks. Capable of manual handling of parts with care to prevent damage or injury. Pay:
