Position Summary Precision Impacts is hiring Production Machine Operators for multiple areas of our manufacturing facility. We are looking for candidates with experience operating production machinery, including: CNC machines Presses Lube lines Assembly lines Automated production equipment Other industrial or manufacturing machinery Mechanical experience is a strong plus. If you have experience operating machines and troubleshooting, adjusting, setting up, or repairing equipment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload parts and materials Complete machine setups and changeovers Make basic machine adjustments Inspect and measure finished parts Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Perform minor maintenance when applicable Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience We're Looking For Previous experience in one or more of the following is preferred: CNC operation or setup Press operation Lube or coating lines Assembly lines Machine operation Manufacturing or production Mechanical maintenance or machine repair Tooling and die changes Hydraulics or pneumatics Motors, bearings, belts, chains, or gearboxes Calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools This is a unionized position with Local 1410. Overtime is offered. You do not need experience in every area listed. We are open to candidates from different manufacturing backgrounds. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
