Oklahoma City, OK Mechanical Assembler Summary:
In this role, the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for constructing, assembling, rebuilding, and testing capital equipment and industrial machinery according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment assembly, automotive repair, industrial maintenance, or similar mechanical systems.
Mechanical Assembler Pay Rate:
$22-$25/hr.

Monday -
Friday, Day Shift Mechanical Assembler Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble capital equipment and industrial machinery according to blueprints and engineering specifications. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Install and assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished equipment. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform equipment rebuilds, modifications, and repairs as needed. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively. Install and troubleshoot mechanical systems and components. Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system assembly and installation. Test assembled equipment to verify proper operation and functionality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and fellow team members. Complete required assembly and production documentation accurately. Perform other duties as assigned.
Mechanical Assembler Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience required. Assembly line production experience alone is not applicable. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience constructing, assembling, or rebuilding machinery, engines, or industrial equipment. Automotive repair, industrial maintenance, or related mechanical experience preferred. Hydraulics and pneumatics experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Must be able to communicate and understand English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties as required.
