Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality Archival boxes, folders and envelopes and other products. This position offers the opportunity to work with industrial equipment, including Bobst die cutting machines, Roller die cutters, and high speed file folder machines.. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting machinery while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing and quality assurance. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment such as Bobst die cutters Set up and calibrate machinery according to specifications using hand tools and measurement instruments Perform quality inspections by taking dimensional measurements and using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet strict quality standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in engineering troubleshooting to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment within warehouse environments Conduct routine maintenance checks on industrial equipment Assemble components accurately Experience Prior experience working with die cutting equipment is highly preferred Hands-on experience operating industrial machinery Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively Warehouse experience or materials handling skills are advantageous for efficient workflow management Basic math skills necessary for setting up machines and verifying measurements accurately Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments and industrial equipment operation Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
