Assembly Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility will be the mechanical assembly of generators using hand and power tools, including impact tools and socket wrenches. Responsibilities Assemble generators using hand and power tools. Follow blueprints and detailed instructions for assembly. Maintain a high level of safety and respect in the workplace. Commit to long-term tenure with the role. Keep pace in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with hand tools. Commitment to company values such as safety and respect. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in assembly within automotive, aeronautics, military, or construction sectors. Electrical assembly experience is beneficial. Own steel-toe boots. Work Environment Work in a non-climate controlled environment with large fans to moderate temperature. The shift is Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
