What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

3+ years of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Strong troubleshooting and quality control skills Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Computer proficiency Installation or fitting experience Positive attitude and strong communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to cross-train Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
