Job Description

Responsible for Edging and Assembly for Specialty flow work, Necessary experience below; Experience with specialty flow equipment Positive attitude, and team mentality reliability and good work ethic Validating accuracy of Rx inspecting cosmetics of lenses Nice to have

Experience Below:

Experience Assembling Drill, Chemestrie Clips, Specialty Identify breakage / redo reasons Routing Jobs to correct stations Checking work tickets for correct information and markings Assist in other aspects of Rx laboratory production as necessary Ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, positive person with good Edging skills, organizational skills and knowledge of optical / lenses. Assembly and Lensometer experience a plus, ideal candidate has desire to learn and positive attitude. Training provided. Pay above entry level; based on experience. Edging of Rx lenses within a fast paced growing laboratory utilizing specialty flow edging equipment; Ability to handle frames with care, precisely edge lenses to size for insertion into frames. check frames for cosmetic damage, read job tickets.
