What you will do:
The Filter Tech is an entry-level production position responsible for cutting, capping, and assembling custom-sized filters to meet customer specifications. This role follows standard operating procedures and work instructions, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and supports daily productivity and quality goals. Operate a saw to cut filter materials to the required size. Cap filters according to customer and product specifications. Assemble custom-sized filters accurately and efficiently. Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications. Operate basic machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor. Support team productivity and quality goals and complete other accountabilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
No prior manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. High school diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable and able to work effectively independently or as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and work requirements. Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 20-30 lbs.
