Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Harvest Operator to join our agricultural team.

AM Pay Rate:

Shift 1: $19.50•$22.00 Shift 2: +$3 differential Shift 3: +$2 differential

Job Purpose:

As a Harvest Scale Operator, you will utilize standard operating procedures (Work Instructions) to scale in/out trucks performing accurate recordkeeping to ensure that growers and carriers are paid correctly. You will serve as the key point of contact for internal and external customers. Duties are as follows but not limited to: Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff Greet incoming visitors and provide them with appropriate PPE Scale and direct carriers (green corn, cobs, soybeans, discard and/or soybean) Print scale tickets, seed load tickets and other necessary paperwork Calculate and verify information on computer and tickets Create and maintain information in Excel spreadsheets Maintain records in a Global Seed system (Seed Pro, Sharepoint) Maintain an orderly work area Other duties as assigned by

Applicable Skills/Experience:

High school diploma (or equivalent) Administrative work experience preferred Demonstrated computer proficiency including databases•Microsoft Office experience preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to maintain and protect confidential information Attention to detail

Equipment/Attire Requirement:

Closed toe/closed heel shoe Long pants (slacks or jeans) Shirt with sleeves, minimum to cover shoulder
