Pre-Operative Planning Representative - Onsite#26-09335 Kalamazoo, MI Onsite Contract Starts 9/08/2026 Ends 3/07/2028 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pre-Operative Planning Representative - Onsite position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Kalamazoo, MI. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity. This is a quality-focused production role centered on creating Pre-Operative Plans for robotic surgery. The representative will be responsible for processing CT scans to create 3D anatomical bone models and developing precise surgical plans based on those models. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and adnce to established protocols in a fast-paced environment. This is a first-shift, onsite position with core hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Create cases to bepleted using a proprietary case management system Review CT Scans for conformity to the required surgical protocol Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the previously created Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning Uploadpleted Pre-plans to field based personnel Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of work experience required, or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above) Desired skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Certifications or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) Certification in Graphic Design or related field College level anatomy coursepletion Demonstrated customer service orientation Demonstrated interpersonal andmunication skills Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Pay range: $$20 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
