Responsibilities Operate rotary machines and guillotine cutters to cut and size foam and other materials. Load material rolls onto machines and perform cuts according to customer-specified lengths and widths. Adjust and calibrate processes to ensure precise cuts and a consistent foam surface. Perform tool changes and machine adjustments as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Work quickly and efficiently to meet production goals. Maintain a consistent work pace and strong attention to detail. Anticipate production needs and resolve issues in a practical and efficient manner. Be willing to receive training and work in different areas of the plant based on production needs. Follow all safety rules and procedures.
