We make customized leather, wooden accessories like wallets, keychains, pens ( please check website; LucasGift.com ), you will personalize small leather/wooden items with desktop laser engraving Machine you need to have good computer skills to perform quickly the simple tasks! Your main responsibilities will be; to understand online order process, to engrave/print items according to customer's requests within our concept templates, to check all engraving results carefully and pack all other general workshop/team work tasks instructed written and/or verbal! After interview, you may be tested for all steps of process ( 2 hours )! We are looking for a long term team member! So, if you are not available and/or willing that, please check other posts suits to you:) first step; you will be asked for an phone call and you will be scheduled/invited only 1 time in person interview, unattended interview will be assumed your withdrawn of your application unless you call for 2nd & last chance! 2nd step; you will be notified/scheduled to test your capability of tasks(may take 2 hours) 3rd step; you will be scheduled for paid working shifts for trying/training period! beginning salary is $15 per hour, may raise $1 more each month or sooner, up to $18, according your performance! Summary As a Team Member in our Laser Engraving Workshop, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, contributing to the assembly line with mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills. This role requires no prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to help you develop your abilities in operating hand and power tools. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the engraving process and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
