Overview Jada Windows is seeking a Sanding Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities Sanding:

Shape, smooth, and sand metal components to achieve specified tolerances and surface finishes.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished work and pieces to ensure they meet quality standards.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and troubleshoot common issues or abnormalities during the sanding process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Qualifications Previous Experience with sanding tools, techniques and painting applications is required for this position. Previous experience with power tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. STRONG teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Must be able to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment, power tools, hand tools, and supplies and/or lift 40 lbs on a routine basis.
