What You'll Do As a Sandblaster, you'll play a critical role in preparing metal components for powder coating by ensuring every surface meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Sandblast a variety of metal parts using industrial blasting equipment Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure proper surface preparation Hang, unhang, and stage parts for production Wash, mask, and prep parts as required Identify material defects and communicate quality concerns Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blasting equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards What We're Looking For Previous sandblasting or industrial manufacturing experience preferred Powder coating or metal fabrication experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Team player who takes ownership of their work What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Ongoing training Supportive team environment Stable, growing company Our Core Values We believe great work starts with great people.
