Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and garment care equipment to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free shirts, dresses, pants, and polished garments. Handle dry cleaning processes, including loading and unloading garments into cleaning machines with precision and care. Perform garment finishing tasks such as steaming, folding, and quality inspection to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate cleaning detergents. Assist with laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and processing garments efficiently. Manage manual handling of heavy items safely while ensuring proper technique to prevent injury. Use technology systems to track production Skills Previous experience in house cleaning, restuarants, hotel, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of garment care techniques including dry cleaning, pressing, and fabric maintenance. Proficiency with pressing machines, ironing, garment finishing tools, and garment care machinery operation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic computer skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail while spending a considerable amount of time on your feet. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
