Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Requirements Basic knowledge of electroplating processes 2+ years of electroplating experience preferred Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses Competency in basic math and the ability to calculate the surface area of standard shapes Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage Ability to understand basic blueprints and drawings Strong willingness and ability to read, learn, and follow established processes and procedures Pay Rate & Benefits $2,500 Sign-On Bonus $500 on the employee's 2nd paycheck $1,000 after 6 months of employment $1,000 after 1 year of employment 2nd & 3rd
