Position Summary The Industrial Finisher will load, operate, and unload product, while following work instructions and later packaging product.

m Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow written work instructions Operate the Inertia Tumbler Quality checks and inspections Strong attention to detail Debur parts by hand Packaging parts Assisting in shop when necessary Packaging finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) Staging finished products for loading Operating within standard operating procedures and Job Safety Analysis Completing daily logs Cleaning and maintaining work area Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of related experience working in similar industry preferred Ability to obtain a Forklift certification Good oral and written communication skills Manual dexterity required for operating machinery Ability to be a team player and meet deadlines Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
