What You'll Do as a

Grinder:

Operate grinding machines to shape and finish metal partsSand, buff, and polish metal surfaces to achieve required finishesRemove imperfections and prepare parts for further processing or assemblyInspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standardsAdjust tools and processes to maintain precision and product qualityFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspaceCollaborate with team members to meet production schedulesSupport overall production processes as neededWhat You Need to Bring to the

Grinder Role:
