This role requires experience with HVLP spray guns, the ability to mix and match stains, and a strong attention to detail to ensure a professional finish. The Custom Sprayer works closely with the Production Supervisor, maintains spray equipment, follows safety procedures, and ensures all products are completed to customer specifications in a clean and organized work environment Responsibilities Follow instructions of supervisor. Custom spraying wood products with HVLP guns. Good eye for detail and high-quality finished products. Artistic bend. Will need to sand, spray, and finish wood products to customers satisfaction. Work "hands-on" to satisfy customer requirements. Maintain an orderly, clean work environment. Will need to mix and match stain. Maintain spray equipment and follow all safety regulations. Ability to work alone and meet deadlines. Qualifications and Skills MUST have experience with HVLP guns. Will consider automotive sprayer experience. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to interface with management. A good work ethic. A team player with a strong desire to learn and be successful. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Benefits/Compensation Part Time, 4 days (Will become Full Time) 6a-2:30p Pay Rate is $17.50 per hour
